EVDS Dental Instruments now offer Equine Vet Invoice Books - books of A4 invoices with ready to use dental charts to assist in record-keeping and keeping your valuable clients informed of work done. These books are available in duplicate or in triplicate, printed on IDEM carbonless paper, bottom copy fastened for your records, with the top sheets perforated for removal to hand to the client for billing and their own records.


Designed by Oliver Liyou and refined through feedback with other veterinary professionals, these invoice books consist of carbonless paper for ease of use, quarter-bound in solid croc board and card, and are numbered from whatever number you nominate when ordering. Further orders will start off where your last invoice numbers stopped.

These invoice books can be customised with your name (business name) and contact details printed in the top left corner. The carefully-considered layout streamlines the calculations when charging for your work, and also provide a value reference for your clients, helping them understand exactly what was required for each individual job.
